9) NO join for joins! If the forum is good, join it! Don't use it for your own good.
10) Don't advertise outside of the advertising board and your own signature. This includes PM advertising, which is considered spam.
11) You Need 10 Post To A Link To The Advertise your site
12) Be Respectful, do not judge others and if someone has an opinion that is against yours, just accept it and move on.

14)No inapropriate content,images, or links.
15) No dissing this site or its members, if you do not like it, simply leave, but do not cause a riot before you do.
16) Do not give our personal information (addresses,phone numbers, schools,towns,ect)
17) no PMing people asking them to join your website thats SPAM and its rude

Warning System:
3 warnings - Ban for 7 days
5 warnings - Ban for 1 month
7 warnings - Ban permanently
Members will be sent a warning if they break the rules. Warnings automatically expire from your account after 90 days.
